Business is Warfare.
Most CEOs Fight Unarmed.

Crisis Cashflow was founded by Chad Krause, a business owner, operator, and former management consultant who has seen both sides of the battlefield: advising private equity firms in high-stakes turnarounds and leading his own companies through the pressures of cash constraints, growth demands, and operational crisis.

After years inside boardrooms and across distressed operations, Chad saw one truth repeat itself. Every business problem eventually becomes a cash problem.

When cash gets tight, even the smartest founders lose leverage. Decisions become reactive, and panic replaces planning. The problem isn’t intelligence or effort. It’s visibility and control. Crisis Cashflow was built to fix that.

Chad’s Story

Before founding Crisis Cashflow, Chad worked with Alvarez & Marsal, one of the world’s leading turnaround and performance improvement firms, serving private equity-backed companies across industries.

There, he specialized in:

  • Crisis management and cashflow stabilization
  • Mergers, acquisitions, and integration support
  • Corporate turnaround and performance improvement

He learned what it takes to keep companies alive when every day matters. How to read the battlefield, not just the balance sheet.

That experience shaped his playbook:

Clarity > Panic

Discipline > Drift

Options > Excuses

When he transitioned from consultant to operator, becoming CEO of TeraGanix, a leading agriculture and soil health company, he saw the same cash challenges from the inside. Farmers, suppliers, and manufacturers alike were managing in chaos, reacting to problems instead of planning for them.

At TeraGanix, Chad applied the same turnaround principles he had used in private equity: impose rhythm, increase visibility, and focus relentlessly on liquidity and discipline. The results spoke for themselves: healthier operations, more confident teams, and sustainable profitability.

Crisis Cashflow was born from that blend of boardroom precision and battlefield experience, a system designed not for theory but for survival and scalability.

Clarity > Panic

Discipline > Drift

Options > Excuses

Why Crisis Cashflow Exists

Crisis Cashflow exists for one reason: to help CEOs and founders take control of their cash before it takes control of them.

When the numbers go red, most businesses admire the problem. We fix it.

We partner with owners to:

  • Stabilize cash in days, not months
  • Impose a weekly wartime rhythm that builds accountability and clarity
  • Train teams to weaponize finance, turning crisis into a competitive edge

Our approach is tactical and proven, drawn directly from private equity playbooks and refined through real-world application.

The Crisis Cashflow Playbook:

  • Days 1–7: Cash triage, creditor cadence, collections blitz, and payment board

  • Weeks 2–4: 13-week cashflow model, KPI truth set, board-ready communication, vendor resets

  • Weeks 5+: Margin architecture, cash conversion cycle (CCC) attack plan, and operator training

Every step creates one outcome: runway.

Runway gives you time. Time gives you options. Options win battles.

Our Philosophy

At Crisis Cashflow, we believe:

  • Cashflow mastery is a leadership skill, not an accounting task.
  • Visibility creates confidence; confidence drives performance.
  • Discipline beats emotion every single time.

Our mission is to make sure every CEO and business owner we work with knows exactly where their cash is, where it’s going, and how to use it to regain control.

This is not corporate theory. It is wartime business discipline applied with speed, clarity, and measurable results.

Our Promise

We don’t sell theory. We deliver results.

Every engagement starts with one goal: to secure a guaranteed runway for your business, or your money back.

Because in business, there’s no luxury of waiting.

Business is warfare, and we train you to win.
